The 2010 edition of the US Open is underway. This means that most of the Spanish players signed by Real Madrid will cheer for Rafael Nadal and watch the US Open live. It is widley known that there is a strong bond between the likes of Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Cristiano Ronaldo and Rafa Nadal.
Nadal, the World No.1 in tennis, is an official Real Madrid supporter. Rafa has been spotted numerous times in the Santiago Bernabeu stands. This year he went a step further and traveled thousands of miles to South Africa and celebrated Spain’s 2010 World Cup title.
Spain’s national football team has won it’s only titles each time when Rafael Nadal managed to grab the Wimbledon crown. The Spaniard first won Wimbledon in 2008. A few weeks later Spain won the European Football Championship for the first time in history.
Nadal is now top seed at the 2010 US Open, the last Grand Slam tournament of the season. Everyone is wondering what other title Spain could win if Rafa grabs the US Open for the first time in his career? Moreover lots of of people believe that, Rafael Nadal can cement his place among the very best players in history with victory at this year US Open.

Rafael Nadal joins the ranks of the all-time greats of tennis as he beats Novak Djokovic to win the US Open and complete his set of Grand Slam titles.
